“This tour was booked with Gray Line through Viator. When we arrived at destination, they had no record of the tour being booked. They contacted a guide and advised they would be there shortly. After half an hour, we were advised that this guide was not coming and they had contacted another, however we declined . Disappointing. We sent an e-mail to Viator to request a refund, but to date we have not heard anything.”
