“Fantastic time visiting the Krka national park. The park is so beautiful with waterfalls at every turn. There are wooden walkways through the path of the waterfalls. Sanja was our tour guide and she was very organized and communicated well on all of the details. She was very knowledgeable of the area and history and kept the group entertained on the bus ride. She was friendly and talked to all of the guests throughout the tour. The wine tasting stop was so good!! It was a fantastic day that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this tour.”

More than half of the promised stops listed in the itinerary were skipped, and the operators chose to drive the boat through dangerously rough waves on the return. When I requested a full refund for the services not provided, it was denied. Overall, this was an unsafe and untrustworthy experience, and I would not recommend this company to other travelers.”

“This was an excellent experience. Our guide, Sonja, gave us interesting insights into the history of Croatia as well as the sites we were visiting. Krka waterfalls was a spectacular experience. We were fortunate in that the weather was perfect and crowds were small. The boat ride was relaxing and wine tasting gave us a chance to get to know our fellow tour members. The boat ride, (can’t really call that a cruise, maybe you should look at the wording of the title, because it could be considered misleading and lead to wrong explanations) so the boat ride was like 10 min long. The small town we visited after that, Skradin is very charming, good spot to have a lunch or a beer and enjoy some relaxing time. “Wonderful tour and our guide, Sanja, was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, funny, and caring. I was probably the most mobility impaired and she always checked on me to make sure I was OK. The walk was almost 6 miles with some ups and downs but this 76 year old with 2 replaced knees made it. The whole area was beautiful. I highly recommend!”

“Fun speed boat ride with small group. Experienced captain Emil took us on an amazing journey across the Adriatic Sea (with some water splashing due to the north winds). Good time on the water, and in the water swimming in the Blue Lagoon, and dining at the recommended restaurant. Really great adventure on a speed boat!”

“The tour cost me over $1000, when I arrived they were living. I arrived on the schedule time. I called Viator to ask them if they can return for my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. They said no to return, reschedule or refund. Don’t book with them as most tours companies email prior to the trip and call as well. They didn’t do none of this and kept my money. Viator did nothing as well. I had booked many times with Viator and never had an issue like this causing my family and I such stress on our vacation! Terrible customer service!”
