More than half of the promised stops listed in the itinerary were skipped, and the operators chose to drive the boat through dangerously rough waves on the return. When I requested a full refund for the services not provided, it was denied. Overall, this was an unsafe and untrustworthy experience, and I would not recommend this company to other travelers.”

“The tour cost me over $1000, when I arrived they were living. I arrived on the schedule time. I called Viator to ask them if they can return for my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. They said no to return, reschedule or refund. Don’t book with them as most tours companies email prior to the trip and call as well. They didn’t do none of this and kept my money. Viator did nothing as well. I had booked many times with Viator and never had an issue like this causing my family and I such stress on our vacation! Terrible customer service!”

“Had such an incredible time on the Blue Cave, Hvar, and 5 Islands tour! Every stop was stunning in its own way – the Blue Cave was unreal, and swimming in that crystal-clear water around the islands was something else. Lukaz was our tour guide and he was brilliant – really friendly, funny, and made the whole day run smoothly. He gave us interesting info at each stop but kept the vibe relaxed and fun throughout. “The highlight of our trip to split!! Beautiful boat ride to warm turquoise waters, then stopped off at the beautiful Hvar for a wonder and lunch, and then had another dip on the sea while docked in Brac. The team were amazing, so helpful and bubbly. And even stepped in while we were docked to help a young girl on our boat who was being harassed as she was heading back aboard. Appreciated the vegan options, and the wine on tap!! Background chart music really added to the peace. Such a lovely day!!”

“This tour was great—I would definitely recommend! The guides interacted well with the guests and were informative. They also played an eclectic playlist of fun songs during the ride. I also appreciated the water and beer that were provided since it was a long day. Blue Cave was spectacular. My one recommendation would be to provide some kind of small dinghy or rubber boat (like the ones available for rent) to transport guests back and forth between the boat and Stiniva Beach as it is a pretty long swim. Highly recommend but bring your biodegradable sunscreen and hold on to your hats!”

Our skipper Andrea was great and gave us knowledgeable information about each stop we went to, and despite the wind levels which caused a little bumpiness he skilfully steered through the waves too minimise the uncomfortableness which was very much appreciated. Also our tour chose to collectively skip the green cave so our skipper replaced it with a special spot he had in mind which ended up being a highlight of the tour and a private cove with crystal clear waters that is only accessible by boat which we almost had completely to ourselves.…”
